Messaging terms & conditions

Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society | Rofeh Cholim Cancer Society

RCCS may use SMS text messaging to communicate with patients and authorized family contacts regarding RCCS patient-support services. These messages may include care coordination, appointment support, transportation or ride coordination, deliveries, meals, accommodations, follow-up on requested services, and other service-related communications.

By providing your mobile number to RCCS and giving consent, including verbal consent during a phone call with RCCS staff, you agree to receive service-related text messages from RCCS. Message frequency may vary depending on your services and needs. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After replying STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or contact RCCS directly.

RCCS may operate separate SMS programs for different purposes. This SMS program is for service-related patient support and care coordination. Marketing or promotional text messages, if any, are handled separately and require appropriate consent.

RCCS respects your privacy. Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging services or comply with applicable law.
